CAP Oil Extractors have many cost saving applications.
- Removing fluid from power steering reservoirs
- Removing fluid from brake master cylinders
- Removing the fluid in the sump pans of automatic transmissions.
This may be done using drain plug adapters or through the dipstick
- Correcting overfills on transmissions or crankcase oil without
removing the drain plugs - One of our customer claims a savings
of over 2 hours per overfill.
- Changing hydraulic oil on dump trucks, trash trucks, and construction
equipment
- On vehicles equipped with handicap lifts, the hydraulic fluid
can be removed wihtout removing the tank.
- Changing the fluid in the valve body of automatic transmissions.
- Changing hydraulic fluid on industrial machinery, dump trucks,
construction equipment, etc.
- Taking the fluid out of wheel hubs when replacing seals and
bearings - saves shop material and cleanup time
- Evacuating the fuel from diesel engines cylinders when changing
the injectors
- Can be used for bleeding brake lines
- By using the "Oil Thief" attachment, the TT-28 allows
for taking samples from operating system for Spectro-analysis quickly
and without mess.
